In his career that spanned over 25 years, he has enhanced business performance and culture through establishing a clear vision, building empowered teams, simplifying corporate processes and engaging stakeholders effectively.

As a professionally certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC @ ICF) and Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC @ CTI), Adrian’s coaching approach is guided by his experiences in corporate leadership and social empowerment work. Coaching sessions are challenging yet practical, in service of his clients’ needs. Results are measurable and sustainable.

Adrian is a strong advocate of social empowerment. He founded a private charity movement in 2003 to empower lives in challenged communities in Asia, disbursing more than S$250,000 of financial support. In leading social change, he embodied purpose-driven leadership and exercised effective situational coaching. Adrian uses this experience to help his clients ignite the purpose-driven leaders in them.
